The Lost Boys
Welcome to our blog! We will be writing about our adventures throughout Europe over the next half year (or longer). In case you read our title and thought "Lost Boys, wtf?" The Lost Boys are Peter Pan's followers who do not want to grow up. In order to stop the process of growing up and avoid responsibilities the Lost Boys escaped to Never Never Land. In our case Europe is our Never Never Land, a place to escape from growing up, from getting jobs, from becoming real people and having a shit ton of fun along the way!

Mark is the bobble head of the infamous Mark Bradford, father of the Bradford family. The Bradford family took me in under their wing while I lived in Indiana and so I thought I would take a piece of the along with me on this trip.

So if you find yourself being a grown up with responsibilities and are bored at work or at home, your escape is only a click away!

Thanks for reading!

Oddessy Memories

I am currently writing this blog post from the ferry, leaving the Port of Pireaus bound for Santorini.  Leaving the port and looking back towards Athens, it seems surreal our time here is already up.  It is hard to believe most of the people from our group are currently in the air headed for their respective destinations back in the States.  Some were ready to go home while others were not so ready but had obligations they had to fulfill.  Reflecting back, we had some great times as a group together, one of the first nights Jamie and I took the group up Filipos hill with a vague idea of where we were going.  The view of the Acropolis was amazing, but we got the group lost on the way down.  Several packs of stray dogs and a couple jumped fences later, we finally arrived at the bottom of the hill.  People were not happy about our directional skills, but in the end we all look back and have had many good laughs about that night.  Needless to say Jamie and I sealed our fate, and won the end of the year superlative of “Most likely to get the group lost.”  Even though that was our one slip up directionally and didn’t get the group lost any other time.

Miss you guys, come visit Santorini this summer!

Also, if you have other memories you would like to share, post in the comments!

More to come

We have written several posts without internet, so stay posted we will have tons more posts when we get internet!  Thanks for following and reading!

Hello from my new work site!

Hey, sorry for the delay in posts, we have been without internet for a week or so.  Just a quick update, Jamie and I packed up our apartment in Athens and moved to Perissa Beach, Santorini.  We were lucky enough to both find work right down the road from each other.  Jamie does promotions for the Beach Bar, while I am a beach waiter.  Here is a view of where I work.

Stay tuned for more posts!

P.S. We would love visitors, so come visit!

Is it or isn't it ok?

Ok, so for those of you who don't know I own a white belt.  Now what I want to know from the readers is:  Is or isn't ok for guys to wear white belts?
If you said no, what if the white belt matches their white kicks?

I am looking for honest opinions here, over the course of this trip I have taken a lot of grief on this trip for the white belt.  I'm not saying the grief isn't warranted, because I know it is, but it was the coasties giving me a hard time so now I am looking for others opinion!
There was a time I was so ashamed I coiled the white cobra up and stored him under my bed for a long time.

Finals

Finals are finally here in Athens as we finish up our fun filled study abroad program. Alliteration aside, Michael and I have both come to the realization that these are our last finals in school. Literally besides taking a drug test to get a job, which we will pass with flying colors, we may never have to take another exam again. So naturally this is a time for reminiscing about all the good times we've had in college. I have spent some time looking through my pictures on Facebook. From freshman year to our super duper senior years, we have made a lot of great friends and memories.
We couldn't be home to walk for graduation, so I guess this would be our virtual walk.

*Please remember to press play on the cliche graduation song before scrolling through our college careers.

*Disclaimer: Sorry for the amount of pictures, need we remind you, it took us 6 years to do this and we probably should have doctors by now.
