So if you read Jamie's earlier post you will note that someone in our group suggested we stay up the entire night until we had to catch the bus that morning at 5 am...It sounded like a great idea on paper, but in actuality it was a different story. We documented what the bus ride that morning looked like from our perspective...

We came to Greece in anticipation of chilling on the beaches, not skiing. So we had to mix and match our gear to try and come up with enough warm clothes. Eventually we made it to the hill and it was pretty good time.
Sounds like an AWESOME time. Would love to know where you are in the Greek Alps
ReplyDeleteHello Guys,
ReplyDeleteLess drink more travel and food. Did you have a full glasses of the wine or just the bottom full at the festival? What kind of music at the clubs?
Love,
Tyler Moeller
I have read Tyler all your blogs over the phone and he responded to the last blog and I typed it for him. Keep up the amazing stories and interesting diary accounts. Hey I wouldn't be your mom unless I said to keep it balanced with the drink and studies! I'll always be your mom!
ReplyDeleteHey, thanks for the support and your call the other day, it meant a lot to me. It is hard not having respect for the hard job I do and the lack of understanding by the general public that we just want the right to arbitrate and be heard. It is hard to love a job is looked down upon when we give so much of ourselves and then have no rights and can loose it because we have too much experience. We all are doing our part in this difficult time and we will continue to take the high road because we are America and truth and democracy. Middle class families first and who next Scott Walker?
We were skiing in the town of Kalavrita, it is this really cool mountain village to the northwest of Athens. I am going to write a blog post about the little town.
ReplyDeleteIn the clubs they play american music mostly with some european techno mixed in. Jamie found himself a spanish girl ;). At the festival it was just a tasting but we indulged on all the Greeks had to offer!
We fully support you and the many hard working state employees. As well as, the many middle class families who want to work at a good job for livable wages. It is the American way.
